1. Don’t skip breakfast.

That can be a big factor in maintaining your weight loss goals.

Remember, you do not have to eat large meals at each setting. You just need to make sure you eat small amounts in 3 hour blocks, to position you for the greatest success.

3. Drink lots of water.
Your body is made up with over 70% of water. NEVER let your body become dehydrated during the day. A good rule of thumb is getting atleast 10 to 12 glasses of 8 ounces of water each day.


4. Add weight lifting to your schedule
You do not have to become the Incredible Hulk, but adding weight lifting to your weight loss plan will help me you look and feel better, and helps to build lean muscle mass. And remember that weight lifting can be fun, and there are numerous other benefits, including better sleep and a more happier outlook on life in general

5. Eat more whole foods.
Stay away from sodas, specialty coffees, etc and make sure to incorporate more healthy foods to your diet.
